Free Motion Workshop with Denise Applegate

There will be a special Free Motion Assistant Class at El Cajon Sew and Vac.
Denise will be using the Free Motion Assistant. This is a great way to try before you buy.

There will be a kit provided for the class. You can use your own machine or try one of ours. Be sure to sign up by calling or El Cajon Sew & Vac.

We will be making this wonderful wallhanging and learning about quilting with the Free Motion Assistant.  You can use the Fab-U-Motion’ or ‘Fabric Mover’.

Most Free Arm Home Sewing Machines (not a flat bed machine) can be used.
Babylock, Bernina, Brother, Elna, Husqvarna Viking, Kenmore, Pfaff, Singer, White and sew many more machines!

Join us on Friday, October 14th for this special event and learn about tools and techniques that you can incorporate into your embroidery and sewing projects.

Husqvarna Viking Educator Gail Dodson will present a lecture/demonstration on the large variety of INSPIRA stabilizers, needles, embroidery software and other products and how to use them to get the best embroidery results possible!

Inspirational samples will show how the products and techniques can be incorporated in different types of embroidery applications while highlighting many key features of the newest sewing and embroidery machines. Join us for some fun while gaining valuable insight as to how the right stabilizer and embroidery software will enhance your sewing and embroidery experience.

Gail Dodson has a diverse background.  In addition to serving for 22 years as an officer in the Air Force, she has been sewing and quilting over 35 years.  She is an expert in digitizing and custom embroidery, and received an industry award in 2006 for Creative Use of Embroidery Software.  Gail’s specialties are 5D Embroidery Software, 4D Quilt Design Creator, and automated quilting.
